The corrugated walls and bare concrete did used to shelter cars, and De Garage has kept all of it, pairing the industrial bones with vintage furniture and not much fuss. It's a laid-back bistro where the cooking runs toward braised pork cheek and sole meunière rather than anything that requires a glossary. The sommelier steers the wine with real conviction, which helps. Comfortable, unfussy, and a little rough around the edges in a deliberate way.
