    You enter through the wine cellar, which sets the tone nicely for this French bistro tucked into a lush garden in coastal Zeeland. The open kitchen anchors around a charcoal grill, and the cooking leans hard into local seafood, cockles and beurre blanc and the cold brine of the North Sea, though a bavette or a vegetarian plate are equally at home on the menu. The kind of place that earns its relaxed Friday-night feeling.
