A converted Saxon farmhouse on a village green in Drenthe, where the lambs you pass on the way in may well appear on the plate. This is refined French dining with a strong local bent, a Michelin star, and a chef who uses whole animals and builds deep sauces around them. The terrace in warm weather is the obvious move. Lekker 500 ranked it fortieth in the country, so booking ahead is not optional.
