This design hotel on Bluewaters Island carries the DNA of Ian Schrager and Philippe Starck's South Beach original: dimly lit bar, sunken pool furniture, draped corridors, and 251 rooms dressed in white oak and boucle rather than the regional marble-and-gold default.
