    A converted family home from the 1800s in sleepy Cadzand, Dell'arte is a quietly romantic French restaurant where the menu orbits the produce of Zeelandic Flanders. The chef treats local ingredients with a kind of reverence, pairing ultra-fresh soused herring with avocado ice cream and yuzu gel, the sort of combination that sounds like a dare until it arrives. The garden is beautiful, the service warm, and the room small enough to feel like a secret.
