    Squid-ink spaghetti has become the signature at this upscale Italian seafood restaurant inside the Half Moon resort on Montego Bay, and the dining room earns its keep too, with windows framing Caribbean water straight to the horizon. The menu runs from beef tagliata to homemade pasta, and the chef lends his name to the whole operation. It won Jamaica's Best Restaurant at the 2025 World Culinary Awards and holds a 50 Discovery from The 50.
