    A Michelin-starred dining room tucked inside the Alpenhof hotel that genuinely feels like its own thing, cosy wood panelling and all. Chef Maximilian Stock runs a tight four-to-six course set menu built on clean, confident Alpine cooking, and the front-of-house team is the kind that makes you feel looked after without hovering. Mostly hotel guests in ski layers and après-ski energy, but the food earns the detour even if you're not staying.
