    A Michelin-starred country restaurant sitting in the middle of working vineyards just outside Geneva, Domaine de Châteauvieux has been around forever and carries itself accordingly. The terrace looks out over the hills, the service runs quietly and well, and the French cooking moves between classical and modern without making a fuss about either. Guest rooms are available if the wine list proves persuasive, which it tends to.
