Domaine de Rochevilaine

A granite castle, two stone manor houses, a fisherman's cottage, and a rocky Breton peninsula: Domaine de Rochevilaine is less a hotel than a hamlet that somehow takes reservations. Rooms look out to sea in shades of grey and sand that match the view almost exactly, the restaurant leans hard into local seafood, and the spa wraps you in seaweed, because where else would it. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
