A hillside resort above Glyfada beach where the Ionian Sea fills every sightline, the Domes of Corfu manages to be genuinely design-forward without using that as an excuse to be cold about it. More than half the rooms are suites, some big enough to house an entire traveling family, while an adults-only pool keeps things civilized for everyone else. A spa, gym, beach bar, and a couple of restaurants round things out.
