A hotel on the banks of the Restonica River, deep in central Corsica, where the pool is heated but most guests end up in the river anyway. Rooms come with balconies or terraces facing the water, the garden, or the granite peaks, and the natural materials throughout keep the whole place feeling less like a hotel and more like a well-appointed excuse to be outside. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
