Drift House

Six suites inside a Victorian house that opens onto an uncompromising modernist addition, Drift House is a small, family-run hotel in the seaside town of Port Fairy. Each suite runs its own way, a bathtub here, a fireplace there, but all feel more like apartments than hotel rooms. Breakfast is the only meal served, which turns out to be a perfectly reasonable excuse to borrow one of the cruiser bikes and pedal around town. It holds a Michelin Key.
