Perched on the second floor of a concrete building sunk into the dunes of Terschelling, Dún is a restaurant where the North Sea light does half the work before a dish arrives. The menu comes from the team behind Amsterdam's Restaurant 212, and their fingerprints show in the way cockles meet XO sauce without anyone blinking.
