No televisions is a design choice here, not an oversight. This resort on Formentera sits right at the dunes with rooms done in sand tones, raw wood, linen, and concrete, and an infinity pool that more or less disappears into the sea. Caliu, the open-air restaurant, grills over wood embers and fires Neapolitan pizzas. The hotel generates its own drinking water and runs chemical-free pools. Formentera is what people wish Ibiza were, and this place leans into that.
