The aged-fish tasting menu is the calling card at this creative modern restaurant tucked into the old center of a small Lake Garda village. The two chefs run both the kitchen and the floor, turning out Mediterranean-leaning plates that move between land, sea, and freshwater with equal comfort. In good weather, tables spill outside under a pergola ringed by walnut trees, which is a very nice problem to have.
