Dutters Stube
German
A half-timbered inn in a half-timbered village, which is either very on-brand or just Tuesday in the Kaiserstuhl. The family has been at this for generations, and the cooking follows the seasons and the region closely. Upstairs runs a four-course set menu with proper technique; downstairs in the vaulted cellar, flammkuchen and rump steak keep things honest. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, and a pergola worth lingering in.
