Sitting inside the Kopp Demeter winery with vineyard rows running to the horizon, Ebanat is a modern restaurant that leans on seasonal cooking with a loose international touch. The name is Old High German for "plain," which explains both the view and, in a way, the kitchen's approach: good local ingredients, the estate's own wines poured alongside, and service that doesn't make a performance of itself.
