A conservatory dining room inside a designer hotel, softened enough that it doesn't feel like a stage set. This is Michelin-starred fine dining where the chef runs tasting menus that move between classical French technique and quieter Asian inflections, with vegan versions available at both lunch and dinner. The wine list runs to around 450 labels, with pairings mapped to the menu. In summer, the terrace pulls people outside, which is a reasonable trade.
