Eckington Manor

The cows outside the window are not decorative: Eckington Manor is a working farm on the edge of the Cotswolds that also happens to have sixteen bedrooms, split between the old manor house and converted outbuildings. Each room bends around the original floor plan, so no two feel alike. The restaurant leans hard on what the farm produces, and the cooking school is a more serious operation than the words "hotel cooking class" usually imply.
