Six rooms in a hunting lodge deep in the Isle of Skye, where the point is arguably the restaurant and the landscapes rather than the beds, though the beds come dressed in local tweeds and tartans. The kitchen leans hard on traditional recipes and whatever the island actually produces, so the menu shifts with the season and the catch. You come this far into Skye on purpose, and Edinbane Lodge gives that decision somewhere to land.
