A Michelin-starred fine dining room on the ninth floor of an office tower, with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over Deggendorf's Old Town and the Danube. At sunset, the view does real work. The kitchen builds modern menus on a French foundation, with Italian and Asian touches folded in, and a pre-dinner drink at the entrance bar while you take it all in is a reasonable way to start.
