A family-run fine dining restaurant in Schwäbisch Hall where two generations of the Wolf family share the kitchen philosophy, one foot in French classicism and the other in quietly modern ideas. The cooking earns a Michelin star by letting good ingredients speak without fussing over them. Menus run from three to seven courses, or you can order à la carte, and a well-chosen international wine list backs it all up. The terrace out back is a nice bonus.
