El Chaleco
French
French cooking in a sun-baked Andalusian coastal town is not the obvious move, and El Chaleco has been making that move for generations. The current chef, daughter of the founders, kept the room's charm and sharpened the kitchen, earning a Michelin Bib Gourmand. The menu runs French-inspired through a short three-course or a longer five-course tasting format, with themed evenings, lobster nights among them, scattered through the calendar.
