El Corral del Indianu
Asturian Spanish
A glass-fronted dining room looks out onto a walled garden in what is quietly the oldest building in Arriondas, and the mood inside splits the difference between stone farmhouse and something considerably more composed. The chef, José Antonio Campoviejo, holds a Michelin star for modern Asturian cooking that leans hard into the region's larder, from estuary oysters to farmyard chickens to the local cheeses, which are, in a word, serious.
