An old-school Galician seafood restaurant that has been feeding the Maresme coast forever, El Hogar Gallego keeps things simple on purpose. Fish comes from the Atlantic, from the Cambados fleet and the auction houses at Blanes and Palamós, and the kitchen mostly steps aside, grilling or baking in salt so the catch does the talking. The à la carte is long, with rice and meat options for the unconvinced, but the fish and seafood are clearly why people come back.
