El Molino de Alcuneza

A converted flour mill in Castilla-La Mancha wheat country, El Molino de Alcuneza is a boutique hotel where the grain theme is taken seriously: the restaurant serves seven varieties of homemade bread, and breakfast brings spelt and rye pastries alongside local cheese and jam. Original rooms have exposed beams, rustic floors, and hand-painted tile baths; newer suites by the pool trade atmosphere for space. Everything looks out over wheat fields, which is either very on-brand or genuinely lovely, probably both.
