Dinner is served inside two restored vintage train carriages, one named Vagón Alfonso XIII, parked at a mock platform in the middle of a small Madrid-area town. El Vagón de Beni is a traditional Spanish restaurant where the setting does most of the talking, though the kitchen holds its own with a menu rooted in classic recipes and updated just enough to feel current. Romantic dinners are practically the house specialty.
