Emily Moon River Lodge

Sixteen suites filled with objects collected from Africa, Asia, and Polynesia sit above the Bitou River outside Plettenberg Bay, each with a wooden viewing deck and an outdoor shower. This intimate lodge is less a place to stay put than a place to range from, with canoes, mountain bikes, and fishing rods on hand. Back on site there's a restaurant with river views and an upstairs bar turning out wood-fired pizzas alongside a serious cocktail list.
