Named after the archaeological ruins nearby, this Michelin-starred fine dining room sits inside a family hotel in Castelló d'Empúries, now in its fourth generation. Twin chefs Màrius and Joan Jordà run the kitchen, building tasting menus around the Alt Empordà's coastline and hinterland: fish from Roses, produce from Torroella de Montgrí. The room is impeccable, the cooking is rooted but restless, and the wine pairing is there when you want it.
