Exposed brick, a long counter, and bistro tables in an industrial loft in the old part of Trois-Rivières: this convivial neighbourhood bistro runs on sharing plates built around local produce. The chef came up through pastry, and it shows in the desserts. Live music fills the room on weekends, which raises the noise level in a way that seems entirely intentional. The Michelin Guide has it listed as a selected restaurant.
