A restored mill in the Ligurian hills, with a kitchen garden just outside the door, is where the chef trained at Mirazur before settling into something quieter and more personal. This is a tasting-menu restaurant, two menus available, one tracing the chef's signatures and one chasing the season. A Michelin star followed. The desserts, never syrupy, are the kind that make you rethink how a meal should end.
