Toni Esteva's architecture sets the tone here: a restored Mallorcan farmhouse fanned out across nearly two dozen casas and casitas, each one different, all of them serious about privacy. This is a wellness retreat bordering the Parc Natural de Llevant, with spa, yoga, and forest walks built into the rhythm of the day. The restaurant pulls from the estate's own garden, olives, and vines. Michelin awarded it one Key.
