A French chef with stints under Alain Ducasse and Hélène Darroze lands on a busy pedestrian street in Santa Eulalia, running a small à la carte restaurant built around French countryside cooking and whatever Ibiza's markets have that week. The menu moves with the seasons, so the kitchen does most of the deciding for you. Good for a long, unhurried lunch when you're tired of beach bars but not quite ready for ceremony.
