    Parked at the entrance to İstinye Park's mall in İzmir, Esca is a contemporary restaurant with a terrace that earns its keep when the weather cooperates. The menu roams freely, from gyoza and sushi to house-made pasta and lamb chops with pistachio sauce, which is either admirably eclectic or a minor identity crisis depending on your mood. The tiramisu has built a following among regulars who stay for a cocktail after.
