    A luxury hotel built to mirror the silhouette of Nagoya Castle, which sits directly across the way. The Michelin Guide selected it for its list of hotels. Inside, contemporary artworks fill the public spaces in deliberate contrast to the 17th-century landmark outside. Rooms lean into traditional craftsmanship, and some come with onsen-fed soaking tubs. The spa has its own hot spring facility and an indoor pool, and several restaurants cover French, Chinese, sushi, and teppanyaki.
