The Experimental Group started with a cocktail bar in Paris and somehow ended up with a ski hotel in the Swiss Alps, which tracks. The Experimental Chalet in Verbier is a design-forward alpine stay, its interiors by Milanese architect Fabrizio Casiraghi drawing from postwar modernism rather than the usual lodge-and-antler playbook. A lobby bar, a farm-to-table restaurant, and the Farm Club nightclub downstairs keep guests off the slopes longer than planned.
