    Black-and-white photographs of Theodore Roosevelt and Winston Churchill line the walls, which tells you immediately what kind of hotel this is. An old-school Nairobi institution, the Norfolk has white-columned lobbies, English country house rooms, and a lush tropical courtyard that makes the city feel very far away. The Lord Delamere Terrace is the place for Kenyan coffee or afternoon tea when you'd rather not be anywhere else.
