Familia Torres – Pacs del Penedès

Familia Torres runs a stargazing evening at Bodega Waltraud, a green winery designed by Javier Barba in the Penedès wine country, where astronomers from the Observatori Astronòmic del Garraf narrate the sky before dinner moves into a courtyard with cloisters on all sides and a glass-bottomed fountain set over the barrel cellar below. The wines come up through the floor, so to speak, and a vertical tasting of the estate's premium collection rounds out the night.
