Planted on a scenic cove in Puerto del Carmen before the resort town existed around it, this whitewashed hotel has been around forever and earned its spot. A recent renovation brought in a local designer who kept the airy white bones and added bold Spanish artwork throughout. Rooms have parquet floors, tiled balconies with sea views, and marble bathrooms with walk-in showers. Multiple pools, tennis courts, terrace cafés, and a pool bar round things out nicely.
