  1. Feilmeiers Landleben

    Country German

A Bavarian country inn where the menu changes with the seasons and the family has been cooking here long enough to qualify as local folklore. The room mixes warm wood and modern lines in a way that shouldn't work but does, and the service comes with wine suggestions that actually point somewhere interesting. Set menus or à la carte, and a small deli counter if you want to take the terroir home. It holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand.

    One honor, in evidence:

    The record strongest first

One number, weighted & current 74

Eat Score

The score comes from the awards it's won, weighted by who gave them: a Michelin star outweighs a listicle. When you sort by what's nearby, distance changes the order, never the score.

          Best Place Score

The Best Place Score rates the area around a point, not any one place. It runs on the scored places nearby: more good stuff within reach, higher score. If it looks low, we probably haven't found enough critics out here yet.
