    Tiled bar, mismatched artwork, and a laid-back bohemian mood inside a red brick building on the edge of Viljandi's Old Town. Fellin is a café-bistro where you can stop for coffee and cake or linger over a full European meal, with the house pasta drawing particular attention. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand, and the cheerful, unhurried service goes a long way toward explaining why the room fills with all ages.
