A donut topped with bravas sauce has no business working as well as it apparently does, but that's the kitchen's whole attitude at this casual Mediterranean spot on a tree-lined avenue in Cabo de las Huertas. Downstairs is a bar with a few tables, upstairs a small dining room. The menu moves through tapas, cured meats, preserves, and a calamari sandwich that has almost nothing in common with the Madrid original.
