Salvatore Fiata brought his Campanian dough-making to a two-floor pizzeria on Staunton Street, and the result holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand, a spot on the 50 Top Pizza World list, and a line of people who didn't come for the tourist sights outside. The menu runs classic Neapolitan, margherita through diavola, with an all-Italian drinks list that takes the task seriously. The room is modern without being cold.
