The restaurant's name is borrowed from the wind that sweeps cold and wet through the Catalan Pyrenees, then arrives warm and dry in the Pallars Sobirà valley below. Sort is hiking and hunting country, and this Michelin-starred family restaurant is the reason to linger after the trail.
