A working regenerative farm with 500 acres of fields, woodland, and animals that wander past your window, and also, somehow, a ten-suite boutique hotel. The Victorian farmhouse and barns have been restored into something quietly luxurious without any of the country-house chintz you'd expect. Suites come with kitchens, meals at The Refectory are folded into the all-inclusive rate, and Dartmoor is practically next door when you need an excuse to leave.
