A fine dining room inside the Grand Hotel Heiligendamm, a resort known as the White City by the Sea for good reason, with Baltic views from certain tables that make the tasting menu feel like a reasonable response to the scenery. The kitchen works in four to six courses, seasonal and precise, the kind of cooking where the produce does the talking. Service is polished and genuinely warm. It holds a Michelin star.
