    A bistro and cheese bar split down the middle, with one side for sitting down to a proper meal and the other given over to a display of wheels and wedges from around the world. The kitchen folds cheese into most things, parmesan turning up on the beef tartare, and a cheese course is the expected finale. Holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand. If you only have twenty minutes, the seasonal cheeseboard with a drink pairing is its own argument.
