    Tucked into a tiny Alpine village, Fuxbau is a mountain restaurant that actually takes its food seriously, with regional set menus running three to five courses in the evening and a shorter version at lunch. The room feels rooted in the place, all wood and stone, no fuss. Outside, the terrace looks straight onto the ski slopes, which is either inspiring or guilt-inducing depending on how many courses you've had. Lodges on-site if you're staying.
