    Hundreds of wooden discs hang from the ceiling of this cavernous industrial dining room on the fifth floor, which sets the mood for what follows: a kaiseki-style multi-course restaurant where the kitchen runs South African ingredients through a Japanese lens. Canapes arrive in petite bento boxes, and the long menu leans on dashi, tempura nori, and salted plum. It landed on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list in 2025.
