A stone Ardennes farmhouse in the Samson Valley, snug enough that you feel the chef's seasonal obsession before you've ordered. The name means larder, which turns out to be a mission statement: farm-to-table cooking that doesn't announce itself as such, just quietly delivers on the premise. The Michelin Guide has given it a Bib Gourmand, and the menu choices are genuinely cruel in the best way.
